Well, well, "Melissa Mielfée"
That's not a name I know
And yet your family name goes back
Two thousand years ago

A proud yet troubled history
From which you've been kept apart
In which you have a role to play
That makes you... hard to sort

The day will come, Melissa
When it's vengeance that you seek
Slytherin would give you that —
No need to play it meek

And yet your disposition
Is sweet, just like your name
You'll be a bee in Hufflepuff
If sweetness is your aim

You'll be a bee in either house:
The honey, or the stinger?
You taste the sweetness on your tongue
Taste well, and let it linger

It's honey and hard work you'll need
To face your destiny
Melissa, I've made up my mind:
A Hufflepuff you'll be!

I keep insisting in vain that the first book in the series should be called "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone," even by Americans. "Sorcerer's Stone" makes no sense and is the result of dumbing down the title for American readers.
