Melissa Mielfée and the Omphalonian Orchid is a Harry Potter x Charlie and the Chocolate Factory crossover fanfic in ten songs.

I am (and you should be) completely done with Harry Potter as a commercial franchise, due to the author's ongoing vocal transphobia.  If you're also completely done with HP as a fandom, obviously skip this one.  Roald Dahl was also not an unproblematic author.  Both authors included problematically stereotyped servile diminutive races in their worlds, which this fanfic calls out and attempts to correct.

  1. Ask the Bees
  2. The Sorting Hat
  3. The Omphalonian Orchid
  4. Honey for Dobby
  5. Everlasting Gobstopper Blues
  6. The Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory
  7. The Legend of Omphalonika
  8. The Wand of Malafides
  9. The Revolution Will Not Disapparate
  10. Honey for Mrs. Mielfée

My first multivalent song — that means it's about two subjects at the same time. Which two subjects? That's revealed at the end of the song (or you could read the tags). See if you can figure it out before then.
